By using Job Ledger you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

Job Ledger provides tools for job tracking, client management, work hours, and document generation. The app is provided "as is" for business productivity. We do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for compliance with local invoicing and tax laws.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions (Premium)

Free tier may display advertisements.
Premium removes ads and is billed as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple or Google.
Plans: Monthly (~USD 2.99/month) and Yearly (~USD 9.99/year). Local prices may vary.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in your device account settings (Apple ID / Google Play subscriptions).
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to operate the service (Firebase hosting).

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload illegal content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business losses. Back up important data and verify PDF documents before sending to clients.

7. Termination

You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
